Informedia is supporting the City of Stockholm with the renewal of the suburb of Kista, Stockholm’s equivalent of Silicon Valley. On September 3rd, the Jan Stenbeck square was officially opened by Stockholm Vice Mayor Kristina Alvendal, and Sophie Stenbeck, daughter of the late Jan Stenbeck.

Informedia coordinated the opening of Jan Stenbeck square, where the politicians presented their vision for the new Kista. The plans for Kista include new public art, new office facilities for the IT industry and for small and middle-sized innovative companies, a new hotel which will be one of Stockholm’s highest, and new housing to further facilitate the expansion of Kista as Scandinavia’s leading center for IT and telecom.
